Explanation of the August 2023 Compensation Review can be found at the following presentation link. The Floor Pay has already been distributed, this is the vote for the Impact Pay portion of it. This proposal represent the opportunity to vote AGAINST this moving forward. In the case that this vote fails after meeting Quorum then each individual Executive may, in his or her discretion, request payment from the DAO, for an amount equal to or lesser than the amount awarded to such executive in the payment schedule.
